Ordinarily a marketplace with high interest rates would see a reduction in prices. But the ever present rule of supply vs demand says different. Low inventory is resulting in “sticky” high listing prices. Home prices don’t seem to be coming down.
Also ordinarily, we would be seeing something of a seasonal flood of new houses coming up for sale in Spring. Nope. Not this year.
