Welcome to May 2024! We are now looking back on Shasta MLS results for April 2024. The above graph is of interest. Lots of homes selling for much closer to asking price last month.

Days on Market spiked sharply downward. Homes are selling more quickly, and closer to asking price.

Above, a look at the Summary for the month of April. Sometimes we highlight certain portions of the data, but all of this is interesting. Median Sale Prices are down for the month, but generally up across the board.
