We see above that low inventory continues again this month to be a huge challenge for home buyers the the Shasta MLS region. Buyers are facing higher interest rates already, but even then there is not much to choose from when they do go shopping.
Clearly the disparity between asking price and actual sale price was very evident.
Still, sales are up 7.8% for the year so far. Despite the challenges of low inventory and sticky high price expectations, people are still buying.
