Updated new marketing photography for 1300 Jen Ct.

When we first listed this home, the weather was very rainy. Although we shot it on the first available sunny day, it still looked a little damp from all the rain. You don’t want to wait around longer than you need to get listed because you never know where/when your buyer is coming along, and for sure your property won’t sell if you’re not on the market. So this property initially looked good, but we can do better. So we went back on a very warm sunny day yesterday to re-shoot again. In all, we have done 3 different shoots trying to get it just right.

We never want to delay getting your property on the market, and also we really can’t list it until it looks great.
